I know, for instance, item no. 8 above was successfully exercised July last year when two world-famous architects, Lord Richard Rogers and Renzo Piano led a flock of sheep crossing Millennium Bridge to mark the start of London Architecture Week.Now I know... the overwhelming stench which seems to be everywhere in the city centre on Sunday mornings simply come from those exercising their rights (item 9)....
and what about item 5.... probably someone need to make aware of this law to those ladies camping and protesting at Heathrow Airport at the mo.
