Adik's first

It was quite a 'difficult' sitting actually. Her slot at the studio was around 1pm which happened to be her daily nap time. In addition to her constant yawn, the mummy monkey wasn't stable and kept falling from the bench. They had to do it a few times.
She was initially scheduled to do 2 toys, the other one was Shrek's baby, but seeing her tired and bored face, the director let her go.
On the other hand, it was really a success since her two previous castings prematurely ended up with:
"I don't like the photographer", and "I don't want to do it".... after mummy rushed all the way and battled London traffic.

Although Adik started much younger, Kakak is much easier and natural in front of camera and audience.
On another serious matter, in a space of merely 2 weeks, our Islam Hadhari government has again managed to expose itself to global criticism by denying (and brutally acted against) a peaceful demonstration by about 30,000 Malaysian Indians in KL.
Ayoyo Samy... things won't be easy in the coming GE.
